All I know is Amberly Thomas And Tiger Gibson (the sales manager) are absolutely amazing! I came to Potamkin Hyundai just to research and they got me the perfect deal! This is a good dealership ask for Tiger and Amberly they will take great care of you! I love my new Limited Tucson.
I recently leased a car from Hyundai Potamkin in Miami Lakes, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and efficient. Alex, the General Manager, took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect vehicle. Alfredo, my sales person, answered all my questions, and prepared my car with high standards. His knowledge of the car and commitment to customer satisfaction stood out. The financial manager, Anyer, worked closely with me to go smoothly through the lease terms. Overall, Hyundai Potamkin exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a new Hyundai, I highly recommend visiting this dealership. You'll receive top-quality service and find a great selection of vehicles. By the way, I leased the Tucson XRT. Fantastic trim and driving experience. Thank you Potamkin team.
My lease was coming due and my sales rep Pedro De La Cruz reached out to me and made appointment to go see him. When I got there he had everything prepared, showed me a few models. I was amazed how quickly the transaction was done! Drove out very content with my new Tucson! Definitely will recommend Pedro De La Cruz he is very professional and knowledgeable of his work!
